The owners of a theatre receive $5 per ticket sold to a certain performance. How much did the theatre owners receive from ticket sales?
(1) The total revenue from ticket sales was $700 (2) If 30 more tickets had been sold, the theater owners would have received 30% more money from ticket sales.
My question:
Ticket sales was $700, so (1) is sufficient. And (2) is sufficient so = (D) is correct, unless you are saying that $700 came from more than one performance. ???
