I came across this question in a problem set. I still don't understand why the answer is B. Can anyone help ?

A. Fails. "Rights" and "to privacy" do not agree. An individual has a right to privacy.
B. Looks good
C. Fails. There word "they" is not qualified by a referent. Who are "they ?"
D. Fails. There is an unnecessary use of language in the statement "considerable but not absolute" and who exactly "gives" considerable right to individuals? It makes no sense.
E. Fails. E would have worked well if it said "but not absolute" in place of "if not absolute." In its present form, it is incorrect.
